KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Bumi Armada Offshore Holdings Ltd, has subscribed for 1,225 shares, or 49 per cent stake, in the issued and paid-up share capital of PT Armada Gema Nusantara last Monday.
The remaining 51 per cent of Armada Gema, a ship owner and operator, is held by Indonesian firm PT Gema Marine Service.
The subscription was to facilitate the future expansion plan and operations of Bumi Armada Group in Indonesia, the company said.
