Ho Wah rises on share placement plan

Ho Wah Genting Bhd, a manufacturer of wires and cables, added 1.3 per cent to 40 sen. The company proposed a share placement to raise as much as RM17.5 million, it said in a stock exchange filing. -- Bloomberg
