MMC Corp, a Malaysian power and ports company, said its Gas Malaysia Bhd unit may sell shares at RM2.20 apiece in an initial public offering.
The total net proceeds to be accrued to MMC is estimated at RM300.9 million, Kuala Lumpur-based MMC said in a statement last night.
